L\u2019an deux mille neuf et le quatre janvier \u00e0 huit heures s\u2019est tenue \u00e0 Conakry, quartier Yimbaya dans la Commune de Matoto, une r\u00e9union pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Moussa SYLLA, \u00e0 laquelle participaient les membres fondateurs suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

l\u2019adoption des statuts et du r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur du parti\u00a0;<\/span>
les divers.<\/span>
Ouvrant les d\u00e9bats, le Pr\u00e9sident de s\u00e9ance a fait remarquer la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un parti rassembleur compos\u00e9 de personnes \u00e9prises de justice sociale et \u00e9conomique.<\/span>
Apr\u00e8s son intervention, il a pass\u00e9 la parole aux assistants qui ont tour \u00e0 tour soutenu ses id\u00e9es.<\/span>
Au terme des d\u00e9bats, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un parti politique d\u00e9nomm\u00e9\u00a0: le Parti Guin\u00e9en du Peuple, en abr\u00e9g\u00e9 (PGP) et ayant pour objectifs\u00a0:<\/span>
le rassemblement de tous les guin\u00e9ens au service du d\u00e9veloppement\u00a0;<\/span>
la lutte pour la paix, la justice, la d\u00e9mocratie et le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/span>
Pour formaliser ses objectifs, les statuts, le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur et le proc\u00e8s-verbal ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s dans le but de conf\u00e9rer \u00e0 notre institution la qualit\u00e9 juridique exig\u00e9e par la charte des partis politiques.<\/span>
Remerciant les membres du parti ayant r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l\u2019appel, le Pr\u00e9sident de s\u00e9ance a clos la r\u00e9union \u00e0 douze heures trente minutes.<\/span><\/p>
